"Konkret wurden die Dos und Don’ts im Business Knigge immer wieder an erlebten oder fiktiven Beispielen sehr erlebnisnah und plausibel illustriert und zum Schluss zusammenfassend rekapituliert. Besprochen wurde Erster Eindruck, Smalltalk, Erfragen von Wünschen, Anliegen, Bedürfnissen, diplomatisches Verhalten, etc. Später am Flieger wurde u.a. die Verteilung der einzelnen Crew-Mitglieder aufgrund des beschränkten Platztes, die Handhabung von Schirmen, Mänteln und Baggage, der Umgang mit verschiedenen Anzahlen von Gästen, die „Geschmeidigkeit“ beim Servieren und Eindecken/Wegräumen der verschiedenen Gedecke, sowie Eigenheiten von Gästen diskutiert.

Es war unverkennbar, dass Herr Vochezer für die Schulung aus einem reichen Erfahrungsschatz schöpfen konnte und auf ein aussergewöhnlich breites Wissensspektrum aus verschiedenen VIP-Diensleistungsbereichen zurückgreifen konnte. Geschickt wurden alltagspsychologische Aspekte integriert und deren Verknüpfung zum High Standard Service beleuchtet. Ausserdem vermag Herr Vochezer durch seine begeisternde Art und die interaktive Durchführung des Trainings, seinen Zuhörer nahtlos in den Bann zu ziehen.
